The ARISE Cyber Access Grant with the Community Colleges of Appalachia and the American Association of Community Colleges
Purpose: Increase access to cybersecurity programs, strengthen workforce pipelines, and support underrepresented and rural learners entering cyber careers.
Partners: Community Colleges of Appalachia (regional consortium of two‑year colleges), American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), and other local/regional education and industry partners. Funding may come from federal, state, or philanthropic sources.
